## Director - Data & AI Architecture **Location:** Singapore **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Salary:** Up to SGD 285,000 Base 60-120% Performance Bonus Additional Annual SEA Allowance ## The Opportunity Our client is a leading global consulting organisation seeking a **Director - Data & AI Architecture** to drive strategic growth, lead executive-level client relationships, and oversee complex technology transformation programmes across Southeast Asia. This is a senior leadership position focused on helping large enterprises define and execute technology, data and AI strategies while building trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and leading high-performing consulting teams. ## The Role The Director will serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives while providing leadership across multiple client engagements and practice growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include: - Advising CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and executive leadership teams on technology and AI strategy. - Leading large-scale enterprise transformation engagements across multiple clients. - Defining enterprise architecture, data and AI roadmaps for complex organisations. - Supporting organisations through cloud transformation and technology modernisation programmes. - Building and maintaining executive-level client relationships. - Leading engagement delivery quality, governance and commercial outcomes. - Identifying and developing new consulting opportunities within existing and prospective clients. - Contributing to practice growth, thought leadership and market expansion. - Developing and mentoring senior consulting leaders. ## Required Experience - Extensive experience within management consulting, technology consulting, advisory or enterprise transformation environments. - Proven track record leading large-scale technology, data or AI transformation programmes. - Strong commercial leadership and business development experience. - Experience managing senior client stakeholders and executive steering committees. - Demonstrated success leading multiple consulting engagements simultaneously.
