## D365 Business Central Team Lead Europe ## THE COMPANY Pearson Carter is working with a growing international **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central specialist** that is continuing to invest in its European consulting practice. The business delivers Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions to organisations across Europe, the Middle East and North America. Their Business Central practice specialises in **full-cycle implementations, NAV to BC migrations and long-term customer support**, often working with complex multi-entity and multi-currency organisations. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced **D365 Business Central Team Lead** to take ownership of project delivery while helping develop the wider consulting team. ## THE ROLE This is a senior position combining **Business Central functional consultancy, project delivery and team leadership**. Youll lead multiple BC implementations from initial scoping through to go-live, while remaining hands-on with customers and the technology. Responsibilities include: - Own D365 Business Central implementations from initial scope through to go-live - Manage project timelines, budgets, risks and overall delivery quality - Lead Business Central consultants and developers across multiple projects - Run customer workshops and requirements-gathering sessions - Complete fit/gap analysis and translate requirements into solution designs - Take ownership of functional design and configuration - Work closely with Finance and Operations stakeholders - Lead testing and support customers throughout implementation - Allocate work and review consultant deliverables - Coach and develop members of the BC consulting team - Support recruitment and onboarding as the practice continues to grow - Contribute to improving delivery processes and standards across the practice The position has a strong **Business Central Finance** focus, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, multi-currency and consolidation. ## THE CANDIDATE We're looking for a senior Business Central professional who combines deep functional expertise with proven delivery and leadership experience. ## Essential Experience - **10 years' Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV experience** - Track record of leading **12 full-cycle ERP implementations** - Strong functional knowledge of **Business Central Finance** - Experience across at least one additional BC area such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects/Jobs or Warehousing - 2 years' experience leading or supervising a consulting/delivery team - Strong ERP project and delivery management experience - Experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, risks and stakeholders - Strong workshop and requirements-gathering experience - Fit/gap analysis and solution design experience - Comfortable remaining hands-on with BC configuration and testing - Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills - Excellent written and verbal English ## Desirable Experience - Multi-company / multi-entity Business Central implementations - Multi-currency and group consolidation environments - **MB-800 certification** - Power BI - Power Automate - Exposure to AL development - Greek language skills ## LOCATION The role can be based in: **Cyprus, Greece, Lebanon, UK, Portugal ** The successful candidate will work as part of an international Business Central practice supporting customers across multiple regions. ## INTERESTED?
