## D365 Business Central Team Lead Europe Pearson Carter is working with a growing international **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Partner** looking for an experienced **BC Team Lead** to join and help develop its European consulting practice. This is a senior, hands-on position combining **Business Central delivery, functional consultancy and team leadership**. ## THE ROLE Youll take ownership of Business Central implementations while leading a team of consultants and developers. Key responsibilities: - Lead full-cycle **D365 Business Central implementations** - Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and delivery - Lead and develop BC Consultants and Developers - Run workshops, requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis - Own functional solution design and configuration - Work closely with Finance and Operations stakeholders - Support the continued growth of the BC practice ## THE CANDIDATE Were looking for someone with: - **10 years D365 BC / NAV experience** - **12 full-cycle implementations** - Strong **Business Central Finance** knowledge - 2 years team leadership experience - Strong functional consultancy and project delivery experience - Experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects or Warehousing - Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills Multi-entity, multi-currency, MB-800, Power BI and Power Automate experience would be advantageous. ## LOCATION **Cyprus,** **Greece, Lebanon, UK or Portugal**. ## INTERESTED?
