## **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Team Lead** Im recruiting for an international IT services firm that is growing its Business Central practice across Europe. Theyre looking for a Team Lead who can take ownership of delivery, develop the consulting team and still get hands-on with clients and the solution. This is a role for someone who enjoys leading people and projects, but wants to remain close to workshops, functional design and Business Central itself. ## **The role** Youll lead multiple Business Central projects from scope through to delivery, taking responsibility for budgets, timelines, risks and quality. Youll work directly with finance and operations stakeholders, lead requirements and fit/gap workshops, and own the functional design across implementations. Youll also allocate work, review deliverables and coach a team of consultants and developers. As the practice grows, youll help shape hiring and onboarding. The work has a strong finance focus, including GL, AR/AP, fixed assets, multi-currency and consolidation, alongside full-cycle implementations and NAV migrations. ## **What Im looking for** 10 years hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV experience 12 full-cycle implementations delivered in a leading role Strong Business Central Finance knowledge, plus experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects/Jobs or Warehousing 2 years leading or supervising a delivery team ERP project management experience across planning, budgets, risks and stakeholders Confidence leading workshops, solution design, configuration and testing Strong written and spoken English, including client-facing documentation **Cyprus preferred Greece, Lebanon, UK or Portugal** **Permanent Position available immediately** Experience with multi-entity environments and group consolidation would be particularly useful. MB-800 certification, Power BI, Power Automate, AL development and Greek language skills are advantageous.
