## Business Central Team Lead Dynamics 365 BC/NAV **Fully Remote Up to 85,000 DOE** A growing Microsoft Partner is looking for a **Business Central Team Lead** to lead its Dynamics 365 Business Central team and play a key role in the delivery of BC projects across its customer base. Youll be responsible for leading and supporting a team of BC consultants, overseeing project delivery and remaining hands-on across the full project lifecycle. Youll work closely with customers to understand their requirements and ensure high-quality Business Central solutions are delivered. ## The Role - Lead and mentor a team of **Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV Consultants**. - Oversee the delivery of **Business Central implementations, upgrades and transformation projects**. - Remain hands-on across **requirements gathering, workshops, solution design, configuration and UAT**. - Work directly with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective **Business Central solutions**. - Manage project workloads, priorities and resources across multiple customer projects. - Work closely with **developers, project managers and other consultants** to ensure successful project delivery. - Support the continued growth and development of the **Business Central practice**. ## Your Experience - Strong experience working with **Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central**. - Previous experience in a **Team Lead, Lead Consultant or Senior Functional Consultant** position. - Strong experience delivering **Business Central implementations and upgrades within a Microsoft Partner environment**. - Excellent functional understanding across areas such as **Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehousing and Supply Chain**. - Experience leading and mentoring **Business Central consultants**. - Confident managing customer relationships and working with **senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle**. ## Whats on Offer - **Salary up to 85,000**, dependent on experience. - **Fully remote working.** - Join an established and growing **Microsoft Partner**. - Opportunity to lead and develop a team of **Business Central professionals**. - Work across a variety of **Business Central implementations, upgrades and transformation projects**. - Clear opportunity to progress into wider **practice leadership and management positions**. ## Interested?
