## Business Applications Manager 65,00070,000 Weybridge Pearson Carter are currently working with an established UK distributor of prestige and luxury fragrance and beauty brands, looking for a Business Applications Manager to take ownership of their core business systems. The business currently runs Microsoft Dynamics NAV and is planning a move to Dynamics 365 Business Central in January 2029, giving you the opportunity to play a key role in the NAV to Business Central transformation over the coming years. Youll act as the internal NAV/BC SME within the IT team, working closely with the Head of IT and users across the business. Youll take ownership of day-to-day NAV support, system improvements, configuration, maintenance and business process optimisation. They offer a salary of 65,00070,000 for the right candidate, with the role based 4 days per week onsite in Weybridge. ## Responsibilities: - Take ownership of the companys core business applications. - Act as the internal Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC SME. - Provide day-to-day support, configuration, maintenance and improvements across NAV. - Work closely with business users to understand requirements and improve processes. - Support the ongoing NAV to Business Central transformation. - Manage relationships with external IT and software support partners. - Work alongside the Head of IT on business systems and technology improvements. - Support reporting and data requirements using SQL and Power BI. - Ensure core business applications support finance, purchasing, sales, inventory and warehousing processes. ## Experience: - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central. - Experience acting as an internal NAV/BC SME or key business systems owner. - Strong SQL Server and SQL skills. - Experience with Power BI would be highly beneficial. - Good understanding of finance, purchasing, sales, inventory and warehousing processes. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Comfortable working with users, senior stakeholders and external suppliers. - Able to take ownership of business applications and drive continuous improvement. ## Salary & Benefits - 65,00070,000 - Permanent position - 4 days per week onsite in Weybridge - Opportunity to lead the NAV to Business Central transformation - Work closely with the Head of IT - Ownership of core business applications - No sponsorship available ## Location The Business Applications Manager role is based in Weybridge and requires 4 days per week onsite.
