**Business Analyst / QA Engineer New Zealand Full-Time** Pearson Carter are currently working with an Australian aged care technology company connecting caregivers and clients through a digital marketplace designed to make home care more efficient. Due to growth, they are looking to hire a detail-oriented Business Analyst / QA Engineer to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring features are clearly defined, thoroughly tested, and delivered to a high standard. This is a hands-on role combining requirements analysis, process documentation, manual testing, API testing, and quality assurance within an Agile product and engineering team.
