Short Summary:
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken and other financial platforms - is looking for a Software Engineer to build and scale systems for their enterprise infrastructure platform, enabling seamless integration of trading, payments, and digital asset services.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust Rust services and libraries for trading, payments, and crypto experiences.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code that scales across teams.
- Collaborate on large-scale distributed systems architecture.
- Work alongside experienced Rust engineers in a product-driven culture.

Requirement:
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficient in writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust.
- Security-first mindset during system design.
- Ability to autonomously debug issues across the stack.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and technologies.
- Effective collaboration with product teams.
- End-to-end ownership of systems and libraries.
