🎯 What You'll Be Doing

🏗 Financial Platform Strategy & Vision

Define and evolve the product vision for Pax8's next-generation Revenue Lifecycle Management platform.
Build and manage a strategic roadmap across quoting, fulfillment, metering, foreign exchange, order-to-cash processes, and product information services.
Align priorities across business needs, technical realities, compliance obligations, and future growth opportunities.

✅ Compliance-Driven Product Leadership

Transform regulatory and financial requirements into competitive product advantages.
Partner closely with Finance, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure reliable, auditable, scalable outcomes.
Champion controls, transparency, and trust without sacrificing innovation or delivery speed.

🤖 Building the AI Commerce Layer

Develop product capabilities supporting emerging AI-driven consumption models and financial transactions.
Explore and validate new approaches to usage-based billing, token consumption, settlement, and future commerce primitives.
Enable Pax8 to move quickly in emerging markets while maintaining operational excellence.

💼 Customer & Financial Experience

Create seamless financial experiences for partners and internal stakeholders.
Ensure invoicing, billing, reconciliation, and settlement experiences are trusted, intuitive, and scalable.
Drive platform reliability that supports global growth and operational confidence.

Build trusted partnerships with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Executive Leadership teams.
Balance business priorities while effectively managing competing needs and trade-offs.

🧠 What Success Looks Like

We're looking for someone who brings:

Extensive product leadership experience within platform, fintech, marketplace, billing, or commerce infrastructure environments.
Proven success defining strategy and delivering complex platform products at scale.
Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management, usage-based models, pricing structures, and billing operations.
Strong knowledge of financial controls, auditability, revenue recognition, taxation, and compliance frameworks within global organizations.
Technical fluency that enables productive partnership with engineering leaders on architecture, data integrity, platform reliability, and scalability.
A compelling point of view on the future of AI-native commerce and emerging transaction models.
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, influence executives, and align diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing product organizations.
Comfort operating in fast-moving, AI-enabled product development environments.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills across technical, commercial, operational, and executive audiences.
