🚀 Shape what comes next

This is a high-impact opportunity to operate where Google Cloud, Gemini, advanced artificial intelligence, cloud architecture, and commercial strategy meet.

You’ll work with some of our most strategically important partners, helping them move beyond interest and experimentation into real-world cloud and artificial intelligence deployments. Cloud decisions can shape architecture, investment, and capability for years, so you’ll have the autonomy and influence to help partners make those decisions brilliantly.

And as artificial intelligence transforms the technology landscape, you won’t simply be adapting to what comes next. You’ll grow alongside the technology, helping set the technical and commercial standard for how Pax8 and our partners turn innovation into meaningful business outcomes. This focus on impact, autonomy, innovation and embracing artificial intelligence reflects Pax8's approach to AI-era hiring.

💙 A culture built differently

At Pax8, technology matters, but so do the people behind it. We’re passionate, creative and unconventional, with a culture built around learning, collaboration and advocating for our partners.

☁️ What you’ll take ownership of

• 🧭 Be the trusted cloud strategist for premium partners, owning key relationships and bringing technical and commercial credibility to their biggest Google Cloud opportunities.

• 🏗️ Turn business challenges into cloud architecture, leading discovery and shaping workloads that have a clear route from idea through deployment and consumption.

• ✨ Make Gemini and advanced artificial intelligence real, helping partners progress from curiosity and early conversations into production workloads that deliver value and generate cloud consumption.

• 💡 Bring clarity to cloud economics, guiding conversations around commitments, consumption governance, optimization and sustainable growth.

• 🔗 Connect artificial intelligence adoption to the wider cloud opportunity, identifying where Gemini engagement can unlock infrastructure, data and advanced artificial intelligence workloads.

• 📈 Create momentum that scales, building repeatable cloud practices that give partners the confidence and capability to identify and scope future opportunities themselves.

• 🎯 Set the standard, combining technical depth with commercial judgement while mentoring other consultants and elevating capability across the wider team.

• 🎤 Represent Pax8 with authority, from executive conversations to industry events, translating complex technology into compelling business outcomes.

• 🔎 Keep opportunity execution sharp, maintaining clear visibility across pipeline, forecasting and the progression of strategic opportunities.

This human, impact-led presentation follows Pax8's advert guidance to explain responsibilities clearly rather than reproduce a job description.

🌟 The impact you’ll make

Success here goes beyond closing an individual cloud opportunity. You’ll help partners develop the confidence and capability to build repeatable Google Cloud practices of their own.

By connecting architecture, artificial intelligence and consumption economics, you’ll help create stronger partner businesses, sustainable cloud consumption and a scalable growth engine for Pax8.

⭐ What You'll Bring

You could be a great fit if you bring:

• Must-have Google experience, with direct exposure to the Google ecosystem through selling Google solutions, working with Google products and services, supporting Google partners or customers, and/or a strong understanding of Google licensing and commercial models.

• Substantial experience navigating complex technical and commercial cloud conversations, with deep understanding of hyperscale cloud environments.

• Proven Google Cloud capability, with the confidence to explore requirements, scope workloads and engage credibly with architects and other technical decision-makers.

• Commercial fluency in consumption-based cloud models, including optimization, governance and commitment decisions.

• Practical knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning, including an understanding of the infrastructure considerations behind advanced workloads.

• Credibility with senior stakeholders, with the ability to turn technical complexity into business decisions and influence without relying on an established playbook.

• A partner-enablement mindset, where success means building capability in others rather than creating dependency on your expertise.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with relevant cloud certifications strongly valued.

Most importantly, you’ll be comfortable operating in a fast-moving market where curiosity, sound judgement and continuous learning matter. Pax8's current advert framework specifically recommends keeping requirements straightforward, jargon-light and focused on meaningful experience rather than years served.
