SOFTCONSTRUCT - Product Designer

Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Product Designer? Pascal Gaming is on a search for a new player to join our team. Pascal Gaming is a company that creates innovative online games in the iGaming sector.   Every month, our products are played by hundreds of thousands of players worldwide. We are now looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating animations for game characters, symbols, and interfaces.   Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to understand customer needs and pain points deeply
• Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
• Design user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall experience of the platforms
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and propose innovative feature designs
• Stay ahead of UI/UX trends and industry best practices to ensure a modern, competitive platform
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives
• Ensure design consistency and scalability across all products and touchpoints
• Advocate for the user and present design concepts to cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong expertise in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping, design systems)
• A well-rounded portfolio displaying work in user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing
• Solid understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and accessibility best practices
• Ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design ideas effectively
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with product managers and engineers
• A mindset of continuous improvement—always looking for ways to refine and optimize the product experience
• Passion for problem solving, innovation, and building impactful user experiences in a fast-paced environment
