GameTech Lab Intern
The goal of the Lab is to test Paradox titles for hardware compatibility and performance, and to work with partners (Nvidia, AMD, etc.) to secure the latest gaming kit. As the intern in the Lab, you will help with inventorying this hardware, curating our stock, and researching what extra components we need so that the Lab stays up to date. You will use these components to assemble test machines, including troubleshooting, installing operating systems and setting up testing software.
You will assist with performance evaluations by testing games on hardware platforms. You will collect performance data using tracking tools, tabulate results and write QA bug tickets. You will help produce reports that investigate the performance state of unreleased titles.
Additionally, you will help with research, deepening the Lab's understanding of the gaming hardware market. You will assist in organizing reports, handle shipping logistics, and help with the administration of the Lab's daily operations. As the intern, you will be part of the Publishing Production team and report to the Publishing Production Manager.
