Short Summary:
Paradigm is a San Francisco-based investment firm focused on frontier technologies, with over $11 billion in assets under management. The firm is looking for fearless engineers to join their team, focusing on building open-source products and leveraging AI for investment and research.

Responsibilities:
- Embed with I&R, Events, and BizOps to automate work and decisions.
- Build user-facing experiences, primarily the Slack interface for agent collaboration.
- Own systems for extending Centaur without forking, ensuring effortless building.
- Expand support across different agent CLIs while maintaining a clean execution model.
- Act as the face of the open-source project, managing community interactions and documentation.

Requirement:
- A track record of building world-class products.
- Experience applying modern AI and software systems to complex problems.
- Comfortable with foundational models to full-stack product delivery.
- Pragmatic, product-minded builder focused on real problem-solving.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
