Short Summary:
As the Manager of Customer Success, you'll manage a portfolio of complex, high-value accounts while mentoring newer CSMs and supporting the VP in building a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day mentor for newer CSMs.
- Manage and mentor a team of up to 5 CSM direct reports.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the VP of Customer Success.
- Own or co-own the development and maintenance of core CS playbooks.
- Carry a focused portfolio of complex accounts.
- Partner with the VP to identify gaps in CS operations and refine systems.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, managing complex or enterprise-level accounts.
- 3+ years of management experience.
- Deep knowledge of the HME, DME, or home health industry.
- Strong commercial instincts and excellent judgment in high-stakes situations.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM and CS tooling.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
