The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Paid Social Executive to join the team and help us achieve our mission to make everyday noteworthy.
Reporting into the Senior Paid Social Manager, you will primarily deliver the day-to-day optimisations of our Paid Social activity - from ad builds to reporting and analysis, as well as future campaign planning and creative briefing. You will also be highly involved in the channel's strategic roadmap, including planning and execution. One especially exciting element to this role is that it is also responsible for delivering our Performance Marketing influencer channels, working closely with content creators to produce high quality creative to market our brand.

What You'll Do
Our Paid Social team sits at the heart of Marketing, working closely with Creative, Brand and Trading to develop and deliver high-performing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, brand growth and commercial performance.
•  You’ll support the day-to-day account builds and management of our Paid social channel across multiple platforms including Meta and TikTok.
•  You’ll support with weekly performance review including campaign, audience and creative test analysis 
•  You’ll drive hands on success in meeting acquisition KPIs including growth and efficiency metrics through conversion activity. 
•  You’ll lead our creative process including briefing to an in-house design team and reporting, sharing insights and learnings.
•   You’ll own our Performance Marketing influencer channel, working closely with content creators to produce high quality creative to market our brand.
•  You’ll participate in brainstorming to find new audiences, creative and optimisation ideas 
•   You’ll run and implement regular account health checks to maintain account efficiency
•  You’ll lead on ads management and testing, thinking about the big wins and tests that can drive incremental performance improvements
•  You’ll contribute to regular meetings with key internal and external stakeholders.
About you
You'll be a great fit if...
•  You have at least 2+ years experience in Paid Social marketing
•  You have strong experience with Meta & TikTok Ads Manager 
•  You have experience writing creative briefs and giving feedback directly to creative teams
•  You’re experienced working with influencers to evaluate brand fit, brief and review content, ultimately turning content into partnership ads
•  You’re super organised, and are able to multitask, meet deadlines and pivot quickly
•  You’re highly analytical with strong excel skills
•  You have a strong understanding of marketing KPIs
•  You’re creative and enjoy developing new ideas for ad creative
•  You have strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work cross-functionally
•  You’re motivated, enjoy using your initiative and being proactive, and interested to learn about new marketing channels and opportunities to drive business growth
