Short Summary:
Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. The Design Team is responsible for the human experience of using our software, fostering a collaborative environment focused on trust, integrity, empathy, and growth.

Responsibilities:
- Work on product teams with minimal supervision and own end-to-end execution of real product features.
- Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and Forward Deployed Engineers to refine and evolve product quality.
- Involve in interaction and visual design at every stage, from defining product concepts to executing effective visual designs.
- Conduct informal user research and visit customer offices to learn from users.
- Deliver and communicate designs in close collaboration with engineers and product managers.
- Maintain awareness of software interface construction, with familiarity in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Typescript.

Requirement:
- Must be planning on graduating in 2027.
- A portfolio demonstrating at least one software interface design project.
