Title: Swedish Speaking Copywriter - (UGC & Social-First) Location: Remote (Berlin, Germany) Paintgun is a dynamic creative agency focused on building high-performing paid social ads that drive measurable growth. We work at the intersection of creative strategy, performance marketing, and production — helping brands create ads that actually convert. We’re looking for a Copywriter with strong hands-on experience in social-first creative, especially UGC-style content and organic social storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who understands how content performs on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta, and YouTube Shorts — and knows how to write hooks, scripts, and concepts that feel native to the feed. This is not a traditional brand copywriting role. We are specifically looking for candidates with real experience creating or scripting UGC and organic social content. ## Tasks * Write high-performing UGC scripts for paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other short-form platforms * Develop social-first concepts, hooks, ad angles, and video structures designed for conversion * Collaborate with creative strategists, editors, creators, and media buyers to improve ad performance * Adapt messaging quickly based on performance insights and creative testing results * Contribute to organic social content ideation where needed ## Requirements * Proven hands-on experience writing for social-first video content * Strong experience creating UGC scripts is required * Deep understanding of TikTok/Reels-style pacing, hooks, retention, and creator-led storytelling * Ability to write direct-response focused copy that feels native and authentic * Portfolio or examples of relevant UGC / organic social work required * Paid social experience is a plus, but not essential ## Benefits * Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere * Competitive compensation based on experience * Opportunity to work on fast-moving creative campaigns with direct performance impact * Collaborative environment focused on experimentation, speed, and creative performance Please apply with your current UGC Portfolio.
