In this role, you will

Own business travel procurement, covering flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
Work with internal teams to understand travel needs and provide solutions that fit company policies and budgets.
Manage travel vendors, build strong supplier relationships, and negotiate competitive rates.
Analyze travel spend and usage patterns to identify cost-saving and value-for-money opportunities.
Improve travel procurement processes while maintaining service quality and compliance.
Support software and other IT-related procurement activities.

Your skills & experiences

Previous experience in business travel or administration.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in solving problems.
High level of integrity and commitment to quality.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the procurement field.

Nice to have:

Experience in procurement.
Experience with travel analytics tools or corporate travel cost-saving initiatives.

Salary & Benefits:

Gross salary: 1700 - 2400 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
