Administrator to support our benefits team during a high-volume period. You will jump right in to support day-to-day benefits and leave administration, answer employee questions, and update documentation as needed. - Immediate availability highly preferred - Preferably located in Pacific, Mountain or Central time zones Key Responsibilities - Employee Enablement - Assist employees with Qualified Life Events (QLE’s), coverage questions, and new hire benefits questions. - Leave of Absence - Facilitate employee requests for leave with our LOA vendor, respond to questions from employees and the vendor, update absence records in Workday, and review payroll reports prior to handing them off to the Payroll Team. - Open Enrollment - Provide operational support with employee communications, Workday testing, and resource document updates. Attributes for a Successful Candidate - Experience with benefits and leave administration. - Global benefits experience is a plus. - Hands-on experience with Workday Benefits and Absence modules is strongly preferred. - Working knowledge of HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, applicable state/federal leave laws, and QLE processing. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Strict adherence to confidentiality and handling of sensitive information. *perks may vary based on eligibility/location Our Company Values - Customer obsession: It starts and ends here.
