Short Summary:
We are looking for a Financial Systems Specialist to join our Global Financial Systems team in Chicago. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning platform reliability, supporting finance stakeholders, and leveraging AI to improve financial systems across a global business.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Coupa and Rossum platforms end-to-end, ensuring stability and scalability.
- Provide L1/L2 support across the finance systems landscape, including ticket triage and incident management.
- Simplify and improve processes within your domain to enhance team efficiency.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for finance stakeholders, translating system issues into clear actions.
- Identify repetitive support activities and automate them using documentation and AI-assisted tooling.
- Develop and maintain runbooks and knowledge base articles.
- Own and prioritize your support queue, managing tickets and escalations independently.
- Support enhancements and workflow improvements, collaborating with a global team.
Requirement:
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in financial systems support or platform ownership.
- Hands-on mastery of Coupa, ideally as an administrator or platform owner.
- Experience with Rossum or a comparable intelligent invoice capture platform.
- Exposure to finance systems like NetSuite or Concur is a plus.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.
- Proactive approach to managing tickets and priorities.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical problems into business language.
- Solid documentation skills for creating clear support materials.
