Following an oversubscribed €8M Seed round, we are accelerating product development and go-to-market execution. **About the role** As **Solution Consultant - Asset Management & Investment Workflows**, you will help institutional real estate clients apply Optiml in their actual day-to-day work. Your focus is not deep technical implementation; it is helping asset managers, fund managers, transaction managers, and related investment-side users understand how to use Optiml in their role, how to interpret outputs, and how to turn the software into better portfolio, asset, and transaction decisions. You will act as a core post-sale contact for investment-side users, leading onboarding, training, workflow enablement, and early value realization. You will independently onboard and train users, guide them through role-specific workflows, answer practical application questions, and help customers become confident in using Optiml for financial and investment-related use cases. This is a highly client-facing role at the intersection of Delivery, Customer Success, Product, and Commercial. A key part of the role is to capture recurring workflow friction, user questions, and feature needs, and feed them back into Product and Delivery so the product and onboarding model improve continuously. ## Tasks **Your Responsibilities** **1️⃣ Onboarding & user enablement for investment-side personas** * Lead onboarding of asset managers, fund managers, transaction managers, and related user groups into Optiml. * Independently train users on how to use the platform in their specific workflows, not only on product functionality. * Translate Optiml into role-specific use cases such as asset strategy, business planning, Capex prioritization, portfolio steering, transaction support, and investment committee preparation. * Help users understand what inputs matter, how to work with assumptions, and how to interpret outputs credibly. **2️⃣ Workflow application & customer guidance** * Act as a trusted day-to-day advisor for client users after sale, especially for financial and investment-related use cases. * Support customers in applying Optiml to real decisions and internal processes, not just in navigating the interface. * Guide customers through workflow questions, interpretation challenges, and practical application of outputs in their role. * Help make Optiml useful for the realities of institutional real estate investment teams. **3️⃣ Delivery support & value realization** * Partner with Delivery, Customer Success, and Commercial colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding and early value realization. * Support implementation and training processes with a strong focus on usability, adoption, and decision relevance. * Help ensure that customers move from contract signature to first meaningful use quickly and with confidence. * Identify risks to adoption, user confidence, and satisfaction early, and help resolve them proactively. **4️⃣ Customer feedback loop into Product** * Capture recurring user questions, workflow friction, interpretation issues, and feature requests from customers. * Translate customer-side workflow needs into clear internal feedback for Product and Delivery teams. * Help the company understand where the software works well for fund, asset, and transaction workflows and where it needs to improve. * Contribute to making Optiml more intuitive, more explainable, and more relevant for institutional real estate users over time. **5️⃣ Internal enablement & thought partnership** * Become one of the company's strongest internal experts on how investment-side real estate users think, decide, and work. * Help Commercial, Delivery, and Product teams understand what great adoption looks like for asset managers and fund managers. * Contribute to playbooks, onboarding materials, training assets, and customer-facing guidance that make the role more scalable over time. ## Requirements **Profile & Background** You are analytical, structured, and highly client-oriented. You enjoy helping sophisticated users understand how to apply software in their real workflow, and you are credible enough to engage with investment-side real estate professionals in a practical and commercially relevant way. You are not primarily a technical product configurator or engineer.
