About the Role:

 You will own IT at Opti end to end, reporting to the CTO. This is a hands-on role with a wide scope and a lot of autonomy. You will run day-to-day IT yourself, decide how we should work, and make sure our IT meets our security and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Own our identity provider and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Own employee access, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Own device management and endpoint security across macOS, Windows and Linux.
• Own the laptop lifecycle, from purchase to disposal.
• Own secure remote access and office IT.
• Own the IT controls and evidence for our compliance audits.
•  Run security awareness training and access reviews.
•  Run IT support for all employees.
•  Own IT purchasing, SaaS licenses and vendors.
•  Build the processes and documentation IT needs to scale.

• 5+ years in IT, including at least 2 years owning IT at a startup.
• Deep hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and an identity provider.
• Hands-on experience with device management and endpoint security on macOS and Windows.
• Experience supporting compliance audits.
• Experience supporting employees in more than one country.
• You like wide ownership and hands-on work.
•  Fluent Hebrew and English.

  Nice to have

• Experience at a B2B SaaS or security company.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms.
• A recognized IT or security certification.
