Project Manager (m/f/d)

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of complex projects in dynamic and often changing environments. This role goes beyond classic time and budget control — it requires the ability to balance scope, resources, and priorities holistically, ensuring the success of each initiative from start to finish.

You will be responsible for structuring and steering complex topics, facilitating alignment across diverse stakeholders, and managing risks proactively before they impact outcomes. Your strong understanding of scope management and change request handling helps you keep projects on track while maintaining flexibility where needed.

You bring a confident approach to capacity and resource planning, backed by solid skills in documentation, reporting, and project control. Your ability to plan in volatile environments and guide teams through uncertainty makes you a reliable anchor for your projects.

As a Project Manager, you will be fully responsible for the successful implementation of IT software projects – from initiation and planning to final delivery – for our customers in the tank terminal sector.
