Google Ads Manager – Multi-Market Performance (10bet)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Google Ads Manager to lead paid search acquisition for 10bet across South Africa, Sweden, Mexico and the UK. This role is responsible for scaling user acquisition profitably while maintaining strict compliance

with local regulatory frameworks in each market.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in iGaming or high-value lead generation environments and understands how to manage multi-market campaigns with different regulatory, cultural and competitive dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Google Ads activity across Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube.

• Drive profitable customer acquisition with a strong focus on CPA, LTV and payback targets.

• Build, structure and optimize campaigns across multiple regulated markets.

• Localize campaign strategy based on language, competition and consumer behavior in each region.

• Continuously test creatives, landing pages and bidding strategies to improve performance.

• Monitor and optimize conversion tracking, attribution models and data accuracy.

• Collaborate with CRM, SEO, Affiliate and Product teams to align acquisition strategy.

• Ensure full compliance with Google policies and local gambling regulations.

• Analyze competitor activity and identify growth opportunities within each market.

• Report weekly and monthly performance insights to senior leadership.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.

• Proven track record managing high-budget performance accounts.

• Strong experience in regulated industries, ideally iGaming, betting.

• Deep understanding of bidding strategies, Smart Bidding and Performance Max.

• Strong analytical skills and experience working with GA4 and tracking setups.

• Ability to work across multiple markets and adapt strategy accordingly.

• Experience working with conversion value optimization and LTV-based bidding is a strong advantage.

• Strong Excel or data analysis capability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with South Africa, Sweden, Mexico or UK markets.

• Understanding of gambling compliance frameworks in regulated jurisdictions.

• Experience collaborating with BI and data teams to refine attribution.

• Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO principles.

• Apple Search Ads experience includes campaign creation, optimization, and performance tracking.
