Project Responsibilities

- Advise on cluster planning: architecture, sizing, hardware inventory review
- Help prepare the offline installation bundle: ISOs, images, mirror registry, dependencies
- Analyze logs, errors and configs, and give step-by-step remediation plans
- Resolve bare-metal boot issues (BMC and virtual media, ISO compatibility)
- Guide the team through test-cluster deployment before the production rollout
- Validate the final setup and confirm cluster readiness
Must-haves

- 5+ years with Kubernetes and OpenShift, including hands-on OCP or OKD 4.x installations
- Proven disconnected/air-gapped installations
- Bare-metal deployments
- Strong Linux troubleshooting skills
- Networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, load balancing, VLANs
- Availability during US Eastern business hours, with response within a few hours
- Fluent English for live troubleshooting calls
