Position: Backend Engineer
Location: Warsaw
Work format: Hybrid (3 days/week)

On The Spot Development is looking for a Backend Engineer to join Cycode — an Agentic Development Security Platform designed to secure the entire AI-powered development lifecycle.
We're open to strong backend engineers coming from Java, Go, Rust, Python, Ruby, or other languages. What matters most is solid engineering fundamentals and a genuine willingness to switch to .NET / C# as your primary stack.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of production backend experience in any modern language (e.g., Java, Go, Rust, Python, Ruby) and readiness to switch to .NET
- 2+ years of experience with microservices development
- Solid experience working with microservices architecture
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
