Short Summary:
The Offshore Liaisonman is responsible for coordinating all personnel, logistics, documentation, and communication activities related to offshore rig and non-rig operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate offshore personnel mobilization and demobilization in accordance with client schedules.
- Liaise with clients, offshore installations, marine logistics, helicopter operators, and internal departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Arrange offshore travel, including helicopter and vessel bookings, crew change schedules, and transportation logistics.
- Process and maintain offshore documentation, including gate passes, offshore permits, manifests, travel requests, and client approvals.
- Ensure all personnel possess valid offshore certifications and medical clearances before deployment.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, HSE, Logistics, and Marine departments regarding manpower requirements.
- Monitor offshore crew rotations and maintain updated personnel movement records.
- Support offshore rig and non-rig projects with administrative and logistical coordination.
- Follow up on client requests, approvals, and operational documentation.
- Maintain daily communication with offshore installations to resolve logistical or personnel-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to offshore manpower and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and offshore safety regulations.
- Assist during emergency crew changes and urgent mobilization requirements.
Requirement:
- Strong knowledge of offshore crew change and mobilization procedures.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational and documentation management skills.
- Familiarity with offshore travel logistics, helicopter scheduling, and marine transportation.
- Knowledge of offshore HSE requirements and compliance procedures.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
