Position Overview:

The Program Manager oversees and optimizes OCHIN’s systems, processes, initiatives, and tools to support

the success of our members. This role leads strategic programs, focusing on equitable clinical, financial, and

operational outcomes for OCHIN members. The Business Partner works closely with management to define

program goals and ensures alignment across teams to drive successful outcomes. Responsibilities include

providing consultation and technical assistance, managing grant compliance, fostering positive funder

relationships, and acting as the program’s voice to ensure stakeholder communication and process

alignment. This role plays a critical part in the execution of OCHIN's strategic goals and the achievement of

desired outcomes for all stakeholders.

Essential Functions:

• Program Leadership & Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of strategic programs—from scoping and planning to execution and optimization—ensuring alignment with OCHIN’s mission and organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for program inquiries and regularly communicate progress, outcomes, and roadmaps.
• Project & Program Governance: Apply advanced project management techniques to prioritize tasks, manage resources, mitigate risks, and uphold program governance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Data-Driven Strategy & Continuous Improvement: Use data and analytics to guide program direction, improve deliverables, and enhance member experience. Identify opportunities to increase adoption and optimize tools, technologies, and processes.
• Organizational Alignment & Brand Stewardship: Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and internal services. Promote a member-centric culture and uphold OCHIN’s brand integrity through consistent use of tools, documentation, and knowledge-sharing practices.
