Short Summary:
Perform semiconductor engineering design, development, and testing for products in the electronic communications industry, providing technical support for NXP’s wireless products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/ZigBee/Thread/Matter.
- Implement, integrate, and debug wireless protocol stacks and MPUs.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex software issues.
- Design, develop, and optimize applications from embedded systems with ARM processors.
- Implement and integrate various SOC hardware interfaces (Ethernet, USB, UART, SPI).
- Respond quickly to customer software/hardware issues.
- 10-15% domestic travel for customer onsite debugging and workshops.
Requirement:
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- Three (3) years of experience in a related field.
- Required skills:
- Embedded firmware development for Microcontroller SDK.
- Understanding of Linux-based systems.
- Experience developing real-time applications on FreeRTOS.
- Programming in C/C++, Python, Shell script, and SWIG.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and software development for various interfaces.
- Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Git, Jira, and Confluence.
