Short Summary:
Troubleshoot and repair hardware and process failures for AMAT (DPSII) tools, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain spare parts inventory in a 7x24 manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and process issues across various process chambers.
- Use SPC and FabGuard Fault Detection and Classification data for troubleshooting.
- Assist Equipment Engineers with upgrades and long down troubleshooting.
- Work with process technicians on wafer recoveries and post-maintenance qualification tasks.
- Coordinate equipment downtime with Manufacturing Leads.
Requirement:
- Associate’s Degree (or higher) in an engineering or science discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years semiconductor manufacturing experience.
- Experience with AMAT (DPSII) tools required.
- Must be able to read schematics and complex drawings/diagrams.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and testing skills.
