Short Summary:
As an AI/ML driven ASIC Design and Implementation Automation Engineer, you will work in a dynamic environment to improve efficiency and quality of results for SoC and IP development teams. You will collaborate with AI/ML and automation experts to explore state-of-the-art techniques and develop prototype solutions for NXP designs.

Responsibilities:
- Explore research ideas and solutions that bring AI/ML applications to VLSI design.
- Work closely with academic research communities and various engineering teams to evaluate leading-edge SoC technologies.
- Develop automation applications using GenAI, Reinforcement Learning, Graph Neural Networks, and convolutional Networks.
- Coordinate and drive initiatives for Digital Transformation across multiple NXP Engineering teams.

Requirement:
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience in AI and ML techniques with application to real-world optimization problems.
- Hands-on expertise in programming using Python/C++.
- Experience with Unix/Linux, revision control (Git, BitBucket), and software development tools.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and communication skills.
