For more than 25 years, NVIDIA has revolutionized computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing. Now, with AI crafting the future of computing, our custom development solutions team invites a dynamic Solutions Architect - OEM to join us in Round Rock, TX. This distinguished role includes reviewing new solution feasibility and coordinating qualification and certification processes. You will also partner closely with the OEM. What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborating with marketing and the custom design solutions team to review new solutions and manage qualification and certification submissions.

  • Collaborating closely with the OEM to develop a strong, positive relationship, align on expectations, address issues promptly, and guarantee projects are completed flawlessly.

  • Analyzing detailed server or computing platforms at a full system level to supply top-tier solutions.

  • Handling several technical cases and client priorities simultaneously, ensuring every requirement is addressed with outstanding quality and attention to detail.

  • Examining schematics, block diagrams, diagnostic data, manufacturing test results, and thermal or electrical measurements to identify root causes and offer practical solutions.

  • Effectively driving progress in server architecture by improving CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, power delivery, cooling, and high-speed interconnects.

  • Operating from the Round Rock area and traveling as required to support project goals.

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline—or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, or in a comparable technical role.

  • Practical experience in detecting issues within complex server or computing environments across the entire system.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and technical cases simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities and strong follow-through.

  • Solid grasp of server architecture, encompassing CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, power delivery, cooling, and high-speed interconnects.

  • Ability to interpret schematics, block diagrams, diagnostic logs, test results, and measurement data.

  • Excellent project-management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear recommendations and collaborate effectively with both business and engineering teams.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Direct experience supporting NVIDIA HGX, DGX, or MGX platforms or comparable GPU-accelerated data center systems.

  • Experience designing, deploying, qualifying, or supporting AI infrastructure and solutions in enterprise or data center environments.

  • Familiarity with ARM-based systems, NVIDIA GPUs, system firmware, and diagnostic automation using Python or shell scripting.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD for Level 2, and 152,000 USD - 241,500 USD for Level 3.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
