Project Manager, Growth Group

Summary of Position:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to support the Growth Group (Marketing, Business Development & Account Services) on a day-to-day basis. In this role, the Project Manager must be extremely detail-oriented, with superior written and verbal communication skills while being able to balance/prioritize multiple projects at once. This person will be responsible for project managing tasks as assigned and providing general operational and process support across both teams.
This is a fixed-term maternity leave coverage position expected to begin immediately and continue into 2027.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily management, maintenance and data input for NVE’s CRM, New Business Tracker and Case Study Library
- Support RFP intakes by joining briefing calls, documenting requirements, translating briefs into internal notification emails, and preparing kick-off materials
- Provide project management support throughout the RFP process, including managing timelines, scheduling meetings, coordinating materials, tracking deliverables and communicating next steps.
- Coordinate the development and organization of agency case studies, working with internal teams to gather project details, results and supporting assets
- Lead the development of tailored capabilities decks, RFIs and sales materials
- Research and analyze industry/market trends and new business opportunities using various research and forecast methodologies. This includes maintaining NVE’s tentpole calendar/report.
- Own recurring Growth, Accounts and Business Development meeting invites and logistics. This includes drafting the agendas, scheduling planning meetings, capturing and distributing meeting notes and action items.
- Support Growth Group leadership with the development of the NVE’s annual growth business plan
- Support Accounts leadership with 2027 Holiday gifting
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, sales operations, business development, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience coordinating RFPs, presentations, case studies, or other business-development materials
- Experience managing budgets, invoices, vendors, subscriptions, and departmental reporting
- Proficiency with CRM and operational platforms; NetSuite, HubSpot, Airtable, and Box experience is preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, research, and presentation skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with senior leaders in a fast-paced agency environment
Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time
Location: We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. The ideal candidate is located in any of our hub locations, however, we will consider remote candidates for this role.

Salary Estimation: [$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year]
This is an exempt role. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
Employment eligibility verification is required for this role. In certain states, NVE participates in the E-Verify program in accordance with local regulations.
