Role Overview:
We are looking for a visionary yet hands-on Associate Creative Director to oversee all creative strategy and visual direction for our international portfolio. This role will set the tone for product and brand campaigns, and will build and manage a small but talented team of creatives. The ideal candidate is someone who not only has a strong vision but also enjoys rolling up their sleeves to design and execute across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative strategy and vision for Bloom’s nutrition and beverage product lines in multiple international markets.
• Own feedback and approvals for all international creative assets 
• Build, mentor, and manage a small creative team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee packaging and label design for all products across international markets, adapting designs to meet each market's regulatory, language, and retail requirements while keeping the brand consistent
• Lead and support the design of digital assets, including e-commerce/retailer listings, social graphics, email, and digital ads, localized for each market.
• Set the conceptual and visual direction for brand and product campaigns, ensuring consistency across print, digital, retail displays/POS, and social assets.
• Partner with global brand team on the planning and execution of photography/videography needed for international markets
• Roll up your sleeves to design and execute creative work directly when needed.
• Bring experience working with CPG brands in retail, understanding the nuances of consumer product marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• Proficient in Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, InDesign. Blendr and AI are a plus.
• Familiarity with Air and Wrike a plus.
• 8-10 years of experience in relevant role within a CPG brand
• Proven track record of leading creative projects from concept to execution 
• Experience in photo and video production
