Lead AI Product Builder (Legal & Compliance) | Athens or UK/EU remote

We’re working with a profitable, founder-led global B2B business that’s growing fast. Trust is what they sell. They’re hiring their first dedicated product builder inside Legal & Compliance, to own products end to end from idea to production.

This isn’t box-ticking compliance. It’s a live fight against fake identities, fraud and leaks of confidential information, and you’ll build the tools that win it.

What you’ll build

• An onboarding flow that people actually want to finish: ID checks, screening and training in one clear journey
• An AI content review engine. Raw content goes in, safe content comes out, with humans in the loop for the tricky calls
• Whatever comes next, from ops dashboards to automating manual work

How you’ll work

• Around 60% product: understand the problem, decide the solution, own it
• Around 30% design: map the flow and write the copy
• Around 10% engineering: build with AI tools however you like, and an engineer connects it to core systems
• Report to the Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer and sit in on Product & Tech roadmap discussions

• Builder: you’ve built real tools with AI and got them production-ready
• Owner: you drive things to done without waiting to be told
• Scrappy: you move fast and get things done with what you’ve got
• Wrangler: you bring legal, engineering and product people together and keep them moving
• You design flows that make sense step by step, and you get the logic right underneath

Nice to have

• B2B experience, especially in a regulated space (fintech, regtech, legal tech, data)
• KYC, ID verification or sanctions screening tools
• Content moderation, redaction or human-in-the-loop systems
• Python or JavaScript
• Compliance knowledge (they’ll teach you the regulatory side)
