The Role

We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing U.S. sales organization.

As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying target accounts, engaging decision-makers, generating qualified sales opportunities, and building a consistent pipeline for Aleph's Account Executives and leadership team.

You will work closely with the Head of Business Development, Account Executives, and our outsourced outbound team to execute targeted outbound campaigns and convert prospects into qualified business opportunities.

This is an opportunity to join an expanding organization, help build its U.S. sales presence, and play a meaningful role in shaping its go-to-market strategy.
