Short Summary:
As an Account Manager, you'll deliver strategic Publications and Medical Affairs programs for pharmaceutical clients, serving as the primary client contact and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
- Lead the delivery of Publications and Medical Affairs projects, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and medical education initiatives.
- Manage project plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking, proactively identifying risks.
- Partner with scientific, editorial, creative, and operational teams to deliver integrated scientific communications.
- Ensure deliverables meet industry guidelines and quality standards.
- Support proposal development and contribute to new business activities.
- Mentor and support junior team members.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
- 3+ years' experience in medical communications supporting Publications, Medical Affairs, or both.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing timelines and budgets.
- Confidence in building client relationships and providing proactive solutions.
- Knowledge of publication guidelines and familiarity with publication management systems is an advantage.
