About the Role: As a Fraud Operations Analyst, you'll be in charge of detecting, investigating, and mitigating fraud on a daily basis. You'll stay ahead of emerging trends, execute processes to track risk metrics, and ensure top-notch performance for our clients. Collaborating with internal teams, you’ll analyze suspicious behavior, optimize fraud detection strategies, and help minimize financial losses.

You’ll also be responsible for identifying new risk trends and using cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to fight fraud.

The working days for this position are Tuesday through Saturday.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst.
• Experience applying statistical techniques and working with SQL databases.
• Proficiency in Python and the Pandas package.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

• Lead daily fraud operations: Own the detection and management of fraud activities.
• Analyze data: Monitor large sets of customer transactional and behavioral data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Investigate fraud: Research deviations from baseline and recommend corrective actions.
• Track emerging trends: Stay ahead of fraud patterns and report findings to enhance strategies.
• Collaborate with teams: Provide insights to improve fraud detection models, risk strategies, and operational processes.
