QMS & Training Specialist at Cellerator

About the role

As our new QMS & Training Specialist, you will be a part of the Quality Assusrance team and report directly to the Head of Quality Assurance. You will play a central role in establishing and developing our training framework, electronic training system, and broader quality processes.

You will help ensure that people across the organisation have the right training, competencies, and quality support to work confidently in a GxP-regulated environment. 

This is a hands-on role in a growing organisation. Initially, your focus will be on implementing and strengthening our electronic training management system. Over time, the role will evolve into a broader position spanning both training and Quality Management System activities — giving you the opportunity to help shape what does not yet exist. 

What you will do 

• Build, implement and manage Cellerator's GxP training framework and electronic training system in collaboration with the Quality team and the system administrator.  

• Partner with managers and subject matter experts to develop role-based training curricula and competency requirements.  

• Monitor training compliance and support onboarding and qualification of new employees.  

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System, including deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and document management. 

• Help shape scalable quality and training processes in a growing cell therapy scale-up. 

What you will bring 

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related scientific discipline. Equivalent experience will also be considered. 

• At least 5 years of experience in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, ATMP, cell therapy, or related life science environment. 

• At least 2 years of experience supporting training management, learning management systems (LMS), competency management, or similar training and qualification processes. 

• Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and a solid understanding of GxP compliance requirements. 

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions and drive initiatives to completion. 

• A proactive and pragmatic mindset, comfortable creating structure, driving continuous improvement, and thriving in a growing scale-up environment where processes continue to evolve
