CVM Product Manager (Maternity Cover)

We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, looking for a talented and highly motivated CVM Product Manager to join our CNS Acquisition, CVM & Base Development team for a fixed-term contract (maternity cover).

Boost revenue by growing existing customers and acquiring new ones, turning insights into actionable sales initiatives, coordinating cross-functional campaigns, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. What will you do:

• Revenue growth via development of existing customer base (CRM-CVM) & acquisition of new customers; Owner of end-to-end design and execution of cross-selling and upselling campaigns & offering
• Responsible for maintaining the right balance between production volumes and average value-in, safeguarding a healthy development of converged consumer base
• Analyze multiple datasets & create relevant segmentation to identify opportunities and quickly turn insights into Sales initiatives
• Main contact person with Sales points for her/his field, supporting and educating our sales partners with relevant material
• Coordinating digital campaigns and initiatives with digital & brand departments
• Analyze market and perform competition analysis
• Cross-functional collaboration with all involved departments across organization for the proper delivery and support of services
• Expected to bring new & fresh ideas
• Guarantee impeccable execution with maximum level of CEX.

 It would be great if you have:

• 3–5 years of experience in CRM/CVM, Marketing, Finance, or Analytics (CRM experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python, Relational Databases
• Hands-on experience with IBM SPSS Modeler (or similar data mining tools) is desirable.
• Results-oriented, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
• Creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Excellent command of the English language
• A collaborative team player
