We’re a consumer-led digital health company, connecting people to content, coaching, community, and clinicians, to build lasting habits and live healthier lives. We’re a high-growth organization powered by science, technology, and world-class talent. When you join Noom, on any team, you’ll see the impact of your work on the world.
Our Growth Marketing Team
Noom’s Growth Marketing team helps introduce millions of people to products that support healthier, longer lives. We combine creative thinking, rigorous measurement, and rapid experimentation to efficiently acquire customers and unlock new opportunities for growth. We work closely with teams across Noom to translate customer insights into high-performing campaigns and experiences.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale Noom’s paid social program. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for an experienced performance marketer who can independently set strategy, manage significant media investment, and make data-driven decisions based on metrics such as LTV, CAC, and incrementality. You’ll optimize established channels while also building paid social strategies for new Noom products and audiences.
You’ll have meaningful ownership over a growing area of Noom’s portfolio, partnering closely with Creative, Growth Product, and Analytics and regularly communicating performance, insights, and recommendations to senior and C-suite leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Own paid social strategy, execution, optimization, and budget allocation across Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit, managing more than $100K in monthly spend.
- Improve customer acquisition and LTV-to-CAC performance through structured experimentation, measurement, and channel optimization.
- Identify opportunities to scale existing channels and test new platforms, audiences, creative approaches, and campaign structures.
- Build paid social strategies for new Noom products and translate business objectives into actionable acquisition plans.
- Partner with Creative, Growth Product, and Analytics to improve campaign performance across the full customer journey.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leaders while independently driving cross-functional workstreams forward.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep, hands-on paid social experience within a direct-to-consumer, ecommerce, or similarly performance-focused business.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta and experience with additional platforms such as Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, Youtube, and TikTok.
- Strong command of direct-response marketing, including CAC, LTV, conversion, incrementality, and performance optimization.
- Experience managing meaningful media budgets and using approaches such as marketing mix modeling or multi-touch attribution to inform investment decisions.
- A proactive, independent operator who can set direction, anticipate next steps, and effectively partner across the organization.
- A confident communicator who can translate complex performance insights for senior and C-suite leaders, with some experience managing or mentoring others.
What Makes This Job Amazing
- Own a critical growth channel. You’ll have end-to-end ownership of Noom’s paid social strategy, investment, and performance.
- Make a visible business impact. Your work will directly influence customer acquisition, growth efficiency, and the success of Noom’s expanding product portfolio.
- Build what comes next. You’ll scale established channels while creating paid social strategies for new products and audiences.
- Shape the program. You’ll have the autonomy and senior-level exposure to define and implement your vision for paid social.
What You’ll Earn and Enjoy
- Pay that reflects your impact. Compensation benchmarked to the market and shaped by your impact and value.
- Investment in your future. A 401(k) with company match to help you build long-term financial security.
- Time to truly recharge. Paid holidays, generous time off, Summer Fridays, and a company-wide Summer Break week so the whole team can unplug together.
- Care that covers it all. Access to top-tier medical plans for you and your family, including a premium-free plan option, alongside dental, vision, and life insurance.
- Support for growing families. Paid parental leave to give you the time and flexibility to focus on what matters most.
- And more to help you thrive. Stock awards, a performance-based bonus, and exclusive access to Noom's products, so you can grow with us, win with us, and enjoy what we build.
The base salary range for this position is $134,000–$175,000. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
This role is eligible for our NYC or Princeton office locations, operating on a hybrid schedule (2 days per week on-site).
