Senior Customer Success Architect
Join Noma Security and help shape the future of AI security.
Noma is building the first comprehensive AI Security and Governance Platform, helping organizations adopt AI, Agents, and LLMs with confidence and control. As AI becomes core to modern enterprises, we provide seamless visibility and protection across the entire AI lifecycle—from development to production and autonomous agents. Our team works at the intersection of AI, security, and cloud, shaping a new category in a fast-evolving market.
We’re looking for a Senior Customer Solutions Architect to own strategic post-sales relationships and help customers build and mature their AI Security and Governance programs.
This role combines the technical and consultative strengths of a Solutions Engineer with long-term ownership of customer strategy, adoption, and value realization. You’ll work with stakeholders ranging from security practitioners to CISOs, continuously discovering new use cases and translating customer priorities into phased plans with clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
You’ll own the overall customer relationship and technical direction, including deployment roadmaps, success plans, quarterly business reviews, and platform expansion after the initial rollout. Sales will own commercial discussions and negotiations.
You’ll partner with Customer Engineers on deployment, integrations, configuration, and troubleshooting, while bringing enough technical depth to scope solutions, investigate issues, and challenge assumptions with specific findings.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Strategic Customer Leadership: Own post-sales relationships for a focused portfolio of enterprise customers, building trusted partnerships across technical practitioners, security leaders, and executives.
- Customer Planning & Execution: Build and drive deployment roadmaps and success plans with clear phases, owners, and target dates. Lead quarterly business reviews to assess progress, demonstrate value, and align on next steps.
- Discovery & AI Security Advisory: Understand each customer’s AI environment, security program, priorities, and risks. Work with CISOs, AI governance stakeholders, and architecture teams to translate those priorities into practical implementation plans.
- Technical Scoping & Escalations: Scope deployments, review architecture and integration requirements, and use API documentation and logs to investigate issues. Validate assumptions and engage R&D with specific technical findings, clear questions, and well-defined escalation requests.
- Value, Adoption & Platform Expansion: Connect customer objectives to Noma’s capabilities, define measurable outcomes, and drive adoption beyond the initial rollout. Identify additional workloads, teams, and use cases where Noma can deliver value, coordinating with Sales when commercial follow-up is needed.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate Customer Engineering, Product, Research, Engineering, Security, and Support resources to move customer plans forward, resolve blockers, and bring customer insights back into Noma.
✅ What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing cybersecurity roles, with a strong background in hands-on Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture, ideally in a post-sales role at a security vendor.
- Proven ownership of enterprise customer strategy and technical outcomes, including discovery, deployment planning, success plans, executive reviews, and ongoing adoption.
- Strong technical depth, with the ability to scope a deployment, read API documentation and logs, assess integration requirements, and discuss specific technical findings with R&D before escalating.
- Strong cybersecurity expertise and a solid understanding of modern AI technologies and architectures, including generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, AI development pipelines, and MCP.
- Confidence working with security leadership, including CISOs, AI governance teams, and architecture review stakeholders, with the ability to move between strategy, GRC and risk discussions, business outcomes, and deep technical conversations.
- The ability to turn customer priorities into actionable, phased plans, with clear owners, dates, and success measures, and to identify opportunities for broader platform adoption.
- Experience at an early-stage cybersecurity company, with the independence and adaptability to work with incomplete documentation, a rapidly evolving product, and the expectation of owning accounts within your first month.
🎯 Nice to Haves
- Experience with AI security, AI governance, or securing generative AI applications and autonomous agents.
- Familiarity with frameworks and standards such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP guidance, MITRE ATLAS, and emerging AI regulation.
- Experience across both pre-sales technical and post-sales customer-facing roles.
