Short Summary:
NinjaOne is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Java to build the server-side foundation for a new Endpoint State and Control team. This role involves designing systems from scratch, defining service architecture, and working closely with other engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build the server-side infrastructure for the Endpoint State and Control team.
- Define service architecture, API contracts, and data storage strategy from the ground up.
- Collaborate with engineers on agent/driver-level work and management console UI.
- Design and enforce multi-tenant data isolation patterns.
- Write technical design documents and drive cross-functional alignment.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of backend Java/Kotlin engineering.
- Strong Java 11+ skills, with Kotlin preferred.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs for multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Comfortable with multi-tenant data isolation patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to lead backend technical design.
- Curious about and comfortable experimenting with AI tools.
