Short Summary:
As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in NinjaOne's global Platform Engineering organization, focusing on production software deployments and the evolution of our deployment platform. This hands-on technical leadership role involves collaborating with various teams to build scalable, secure, and highly automated software delivery platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of software deployments into production environments.
- Share ownership of production deployment operations with the US Platform Engineering team.
- Partner with Engineering, SRE, QA, Release Managers, and Product teams for production software releases.
- Develop and maintain deployment standards, release readiness processes, and operational playbooks.
- Design and implement automated deployment solutions to improve software delivery speed and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to DevOps engineers and software engineering teams.

Requirement:
- 7–10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong experience supporting and automating production software deployments in cloud environments.
- Expertise in building enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
- Strong scripting or programming experience using Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
- Good-to-have: Experience with Kubernetes, AWS services, and cloud-native architectures.
