Short Summary:
NinjaOne is seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator to manage local EMEA email marketing programs across 6 languages, focusing on execution, optimization, and collaboration with global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Create local EMEA email campaigns across 6 languages in our marketing automation platform (e.g. Pardot).- Manage the EMEA email send calendar, coordinating timing and priority across regional/language campaigns.- Coordinate translation and localization workflows with localization specialists.- Collaborate closely with global email teams to align on tools, templates, and best practices.- Track and report on key email metrics (open rate, CTR, unsubscribes, conversions) by language/region.
Requirement:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B email marketing.- Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).- Experience coordinating multilingual or localized content.- Collaborative, low-ego working style; comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.- Curious to learn and build workflows using AI to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
