• Manage installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of DWS machines and cold chain equipment
• Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance, including power consumption and operational efficiency
• Support temperature compliance and integrity for cold chain systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and technical requirements
• Lead or support technical improvement projects related to equipment performance and energy optimization
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company engineering guidelines
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams when required

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in DWS systems and/or cold chain equipment is highly preferred
• Good understanding of refrigeration systems, temperature control, and energy management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
