Short Summary:
Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company providing hassle-free delivery services across Southeast Asia. We are looking for a Retail Assistant to enhance customer satisfaction and support sales operations.

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for customer satisfaction and assisting customers with their requirements.
- Follow best practices as determined by Ninja Management.
- Work effectively with peers as a team player.
- Communicate feedback and improvements to the Area Supervisor.
- Collaborate with other teams for optimal outcomes.
- Use Ninja software for operations (training provided).
- Assist in gathering sales leads and closing prospects.
- Help manage the store's social media and Google account for content and customer engagement.

Requirement:
- Minimum qualifications: SPM, with relevant industry experience.
- More than 1 year of experience in retail stores.
- Professional fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proven success as a team member in a fully functional team.
- Hands-on experience with a track record of reaching and exceeding goals.
- Strategic thinker able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve complex problems.
- Effective verbal communication skills for a diverse customer range.
- Own transportation required.
