Hybrid Business Analyst role in Dublin City Centre, working with financial institutions to gather requirements, support delivery and testing, and help make financial advice technology more accessible within a small international team.
Overview
This is a hybrid Business Analyst opportunity based in Dublin City Centre, focused on financial technology. You'll work closely with financial institutions, owning client requirements from initial workshops through to testing and solution demonstrations.
You'll stay involved beyond gathering requirements, helping clients understand the solution and seeing it through testing and delivery. It is an opportunity to combine client relationships, detailed analysis and practical problem-solving in a small, international team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead client workshops to understand business needs, processes and desired outcomes
- Translate those needs into clear, detailed requirements for delivery teams
- Identify gaps, including data validation, error handling and alternative user journeys
- Work with internal teams to establish how the platform can meet client requirements
- Validate proposed solutions, test functionality and lead client demonstrations
- Keep stakeholders informed, follow through on actions and improve documentation and delivery processes
What You'll Need to Succeed
- At least five years’ experience as a customer-facing Business Analyst
- Experience in financial services and working with financial services technology
- Confidence leading client workshops and managing stakeholder expectations
- Strong requirements analysis and documentation skills, with close attention to detail
- Experience supporting testing and working to client delivery deadlines
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket
- A bachelor’s degree

- Direct experience in financial advice or wealth management technology
