Partner Success Manager
Nift is disrupting performance marketing, delivering millions of new customers to brands every month. We’re actively looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our Revenue team.
Reporting directly to our SVP of Partnerships, you will play a high-visibility, high-impact role by rapidly expanding and diversifying Nift’s global partner ecosystem. As a Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding, launching, managing, and optimizing partner campaigns, ensuring they achieve their performance goals. You will establish, build, and grow strong relationships with assigned partnerships. You will provide strategic insights and identify new growth opportunities.

What you will do:
- Own the growth, health, and long-term strategy of a portfolio of high-value supply-side partnerships, with accountability for revenue growth, retention, and partner satisfaction
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities across new placements, lifecycle triggers, channels, audiences, products, and international markets
- Develop strategic account plans that connect each partner’s business priorities with clear revenue opportunities and measurable growth initiatives
- Proactively monitor partner performance and translate data into clear narratives, executive-level insights, and actionable recommendations that influence partner decisions
- Lead strategic partner conversations, including business reviews, growth-planning sessions, performance readouts, and executive stakeholder meetings
- Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business model, customer journey, monetization goals, technical environment, and competitive landscape
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to provide partners with valuable insights and recommendations
- Advocate for partner needs internally while balancing revenue impact, operational feasibility, technical requirements, and Nift’s broader business priorities
- Track revenue pacing, surface risks early, and establish clear owners and next steps to keep growth initiatives moving forward
What you need:
- 5–7+ years of experience in strategic account management, partner success, or client success within commerce media, retail media, performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related industry
- Prior experience launching, managing, nurturing, and scaling relationships with high-value supply-side partnerships
- A proactive, sales-minded approach to partner success, with demonstrated success owning and growing complex enterprise partnerships with measurable revenue responsibility
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to identify opportunities that create value for both the partner and the business
- Experience designing A/B tests and using results to guide creative, placement, audience, and product decisions
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret full-funnel performance data, diagnose underlying issues, and turn findings into persuasive recommendations
- Advanced spreadsheet and reporting proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data extraction, and reporting)
- A high degree of ownership, urgency, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving products and processes
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build trust with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder escalations effectively
- High bias to action, motivated with a strong work ethic, grit, integrity, and a can-do attitude
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
