This position will be remote and part of our Aeronautics Systems Sector.
The qualified candidate will become part of Business Management Technologies Systems and Processes team. This candidate will participate in the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of applications and utilities in support of the Pricing and Estimating functional teams, as well as the Business Management Contract Execution environment.
Roles and Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Engage with internal customers, with guidance, to understand and define application/utility needs and requirements.

Participate constructively in a collaborative work environment with other development team members.

Support the design, build, test, analysis and documentation of new and existing sector-wide applications and utilities.

Learn and apply established development standards, patterns and best practices under the guidance of more experienced developers.
Basic Qualifications for an Associate Software Development Analyst (level 1)
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

Has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2026.

Majored in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or another related field related degree.

Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite). Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.

Basic experience with relational databases and Structured Query Language (SQL).

Basic experience with C#, HTML, CSS, JS, .NET, (Web App Development).
Basic Qualifications for a Software Development Analyst (level 2)

Has completed their Master’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2026 and 2 years of Software Development Analyst experience.

Majored in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or another related field related degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher

Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).

Understanding of software development concepts, principles, techniques, and theories (algorithm development, data structures, Object Oriented Programming).

Exposure or familiarity with Agile development cycle/concepts.

Ability to perform scope of work with general supervision.

Experience in one or more of the following areas: Software Development, Information Systems, or comparable/equivalent.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Experience with Visual Studio.

Experience with Agile development cycle/concepts.
-
Experience with Azure DevOps (Git repositories, CI/CD Pipelines).
-
Experience developing and sustaining RESTful Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
Pay Range

Associate Software Development Analyst: $ 69,300 - $103,900
-
Software Development Analyst: $83,400 - $125,200
